A Very Memorable Holiday in Spain

Did I have a wonderful time in Spain? Did Thomson Platinum Holidays live up to its word? Did my girlfriend totally flip when we landed in Spain? Yes to all. I thought she wouldn’t stop squealing when we arrived at Don Pancho Hotel in Benidorm, Costa Blanca. We spent the next days experiencing the different spas and swimming in the pools. My girlfriend beat me in tennis repeatedly. We watched the live band almost every night and watched almost every entertainment show that week. Every night, we also played in the card room. The buffet served great food, too. Then, on the final night of our stay, my girlfriend and I took a walk around the place. I gave her a very cheesy speech before getting down on my knees and pulling out the diamond ring I bought her and popping the question. She was so shocked, she looked like she had stopped breathing. When she said yes, I swear to God the world stopped spinning for a moment. That moment was perfect. I know that I will forever treasure that seven days of absolute happiness.
